"Rejection Therapy"

Rejection therapy is an innovative self-improvement technique designed to help individuals confront and overcome their fear of rejection. By purposefully seeking out situations where rejection is possible, participants can build resilience, enhance their confidence, and shift their perspective on failure and acceptance. This practice teaches that rejection is not a reflection of one’s worth but rather a normal part of life that everyone experiences.
