Week 4-5: Rejection Therapy

This week, we began our journey into rejection therapy to face our fears and build resilience. By intentionally putting ourselves in situations where we might be rejected, we aimed to learn from the experience and boost our confidence. This practice challenged us and encouraged personal growth, helping us understand that rejection is a normal part of life and often not as scary as it seems.
